Refund Policy


Your satisfaction is important to me! Please read my refund and returns policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.


Change of Mind:
I do not offer refunds for change of mind so to save disappointment please be sure before you purchase.


Faulty or Damaged Items
In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if the item is:
• Faulty, damaged, or unsafe.
• Not as described or does not match the sample shown.
• Fails to do what it is intended to do.


If you believe your item is faulty or damaged:
1. Contact me within 7 days of receiving the item at dotsbysam1@gmail.com
2. Provide a detailed description of the issue and photos of the item.
3. If approved, we will arrange for a repair, replacement, or refund, including return shipping if required.


Refund Process
Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.


Non-Refundable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:
• Custom-made or personalized items.
• Digital downloads or patterns.
• Items not returned within the 7-day return window
.
